  • The work does not match the agreed brief and cannot be corrected through revisions
  • You were charged twice or made an accidental duplicate payment

Where part of the work is satisfactory, or a delay is minor, we may offer a partial refund or account credit proportionate to the issue.

3. When refunds do not apply

  • Change of mind after the work has been delivered and approved
  • Failure to provide the materials or information needed to complete the order
  • Requests for changes outside the original instructions
  • Breach of our Terms & Conditions

4. Use revisions first

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use your free revisions so our team can correct any issues with the work.

5. How to request a refund

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
