1. When you are eligible for a refund

We fail to deliver your order
Your order is significantly late due to our fault
The work does not match the agreed brief and cannot be corrected through revisions
You were charged twice or made an accidental duplicate payment

2. Partial refunds

Where part of the work is satisfactory, or a delay is minor, we may offer a partial refund or account credit proportionate to the issue.

3. When refunds do not apply

Change of mind after the work has been delivered and approved
Failure to provide the materials or information needed to complete the order
Requests for changes outside the original instructions
Breach of our Terms & Conditions

4. Use revisions first

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use your free revisions so our team can correct any issues with the work.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@academicwritingservicess.com with your order number and the reason for your request within 14 days of delivery. Our team will review it and respond promptly.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to your original payment method.
